Not to hijack anything but Randy Brown makes a nice Z scale root beer stand for about 15 bucks, using same material. If you wanted a bigger sit down type of place, use his convinience store, cut out a do-wop shaped sign out of plstic, and add a A&W decal from the internet.

since this a townbuilder system to have a town you must have a town hall so that is my guess.
