Railex Advice Please was created by timbo

Here's hoping I can get some pointers!
I have been looking at some Railex locos on Ebay (yes I know!), but they are unpowered. Can anyone advise the best options - motorised coaches, freight etc - for me to look at?
Regards
Tim

				Tim,
I have a few Railex pieces in my collection. They are real beauties. If you want to run them, you will have to use a 'ghost wagon'. This is a powered car that sits behind the locomotive to push it. Companies like HTM to offer ghost wagons. They are not inexpensive. Here is link showing the two options we offer as HTMs US distributor:

You may also make your own. Using Marklin's railbus chassis and a modified shell may be an option.

				Hi Tim,
I have the Railex Saxonia set. It came with a powered baggage car, 2 passenger coaches and a gondola. None of the Railex stuff is cheap but I thought it would be best to get it as a set. The HTM stuff wasn't available when I bought mine and might be an excellent choice.
