If you want to do a custom paint job, a good place to start is the railroad's historical site, in this case: www.burlingtonroute.com.
The red is known as (CB&Q) Chinese Red. The "grey" would be Harbor Mist Grey or Imitation Aluminum for Freight Locos and polished Aluminum or Silver for the passenger units.
