Track grade work nearly complete

Description
After a few more days of work, here is a nearly complete layout at least in terms of getting the track grades installed. Also did a bit of impromptu testing to confirm that the 4% grade on the steep side of the plan isn\'t too hard to manage ... this layout isn\'t intended for very long consists so I\'m not too concerned about that.
