Description
Many months ago I won a $90.00 Mikado (I was very fortunate), but the old CB&Q loco was poorly weathered and detailed. Well after much cleanup and re-decorating she runs great! The SOO used aluminum paint prior to 1930 for their steam numbering/paint, so one of my next projects will be to get another Mike and decorate it in the aluminum scheme. Included in the shot is one of my woodchip cars. I also much apologize for the pictures... I loaned out my 1x 2x 4x lens, and all I had was the 10x closeup lens. DOH!
