How do you do yours? I have a couple ideas, but would like to know what other people are using and works.

This is how I make mine. They are adjustable from banquet table height to the 50" ZBT standard height.

Hmm, 2 pieces of PVC. Some bolts, wingnuts, leveler, caps, and I guess it just screws in to the module? About what width did you use?

I'm guessing the most difficult part was drilling all the holes!!

Ben,
The outside tube is 1+1/4 inch schedule 40 pvc tubing. This is thick walled tubing. The inside tube isn't marked but fits just inside the outside tube. This is also thick walled tubing. I made a jig to get all the holes to line up all the time. There is a 2" x 2" block of wood with a "T" nut installed in each corner of the module to receive the screw in the top of the leg which is a 1/4-20 carriage bolt.

The legs would be more stable with a cross brace made out of 2 pieces of pvc "T" connector large enough to go over the leg with a piece of pvc between them and holes drilled through the connectors to install a bolt through the connectors and legs.
