Experience with Rokuhan superelevated curves ? was created by Minuteman

As the Rokuhan superelevated curves have been around for a moment now, I was wondering if anybody has some hands on experience actually running trains through them? According to the Rokuhan youtube video the cant is 5,5 degrees, which at least on paper seems a bit much for a secondary freight line (I know by coincidence that the maximum cant in the UK is 6 degrees).
I have always put my curves down with a slight cant, if only for visual reasons, so I'm basically wondering what the practical experiences with Rokuhan's superelevated curves are.
Thanks for sharing

I have had no trouble with them on my demo layout that I take to shows, People sure notice it when an engine leans into the curve, they seem to hold their breath wondering if it is going to topple or not.

I installed a few of them on my layout. They are fine except for the abrupt transition from level to elevated. I am going to try sanding the first curve outside edge to gradually go from flat to curved and see how that goes.

I've been using the 220mm superelevated curves with a 245mm curve as lead in. I glue down the end of the 245mm that's opposite the superelevated end and the inside edge of the curve. I let the outside edge float. It seems to work well for the transition. I plan to add ballast along the outside edge to hide the gap between the roadbed and bench work.
