Karin,

Great scenery in there... really a wonderful piece. All your work comes to life beautifully in the natural light too!

Karin,

A perfect layout B) Having the myrtlewood as a base puts the entire layout in a category all its own. Having the money to buy a laser cutter the skills to create a wide variety of buildings, fences, telephone poles and other details is invaluable. Some collector will pay a pretty penny for it :) A job so very well done!

Hi Bev,
I put Karin on a plane for Ohio at 6 A.M. today. She's visiting her aging parents and also seeing siblings while there.

I told her the boys and I would be good while she is gone.....well, fairly well behaved. I'm making them taco salad tonight. But for today, I have teeth to make, yard work to attend to and all the convention items to put away.

If someone were to buy that layout we'd have to deliver it personally as it is very heavy and if it were dropped on the ground, the jarring would likely do some very serious damage. I wonder what magnitude earthquake it would be in Z scale if the layout were dropped..........maybe a 12 or 13 on the Richter scale?

Loren,

I guess the boys like pizza and pies for breakfast, lunch, & dinner.
