That's enough of rubbing it in, granted, this may be the South here but, we still chill down to the 20's & 30's. You have to put the disclaimer that the ground does move under your feet from time to time. Either way enjoy and keep Zedheading.

You need to live in Medford where all you have to do is turn around and the weather is different.
Cloudy and a bit foggy now, but just wait 30 minutes.
Loving our seasons.......all four of them.

...I just wanted to let you know that it will be 83 degrees here in Santee today!
I used to like it, not anymore. Hot 80-s early afternoon, then low 40-s at night and early morning. It sucks. By the way, why this subject is more popular than enything else (potentially model train related)? Just wondering...

Maybe we could discuss whether the temperatures are more tolerable at 1:220 scale, Lajos.

Lajos, Because I can get the layout to Iowa out doors for some real sun light photos. Besides, I'm sure some of our friends in the North country will be happy that we are warm and wearing a tee shirt and shorts. Cheers, Jim CCRR:)
Jim,
If you ever want Z Central Station to reach the level of respectability that Z yahoo had years ago, along with their stuffed shirt attitude, then you can not wear tee shirts and shorts on this site. Also, no smiling, or joking, or getting off topic. We must address each other as "sir" or "maam" and always say "please" and "thank you" whenever requesting help or info.
BUT, if you want to keep having more fun than should be legal, then let's keep doing exactly what we are doing,........shorts or no shorts.
Yippee for good times on Z Central.
Hey, the BAZ and ZOCal guys had a hoot Saturday night at The Cheesecake Factory after the show. Our very own Brad Stegmann and his son Ben also joined us. Ben is a great little guy and he can sure put down that chocolate cake. He was polite, (just a hint Z yahoo formality) and allowed his dad to share his chocolate cake.
We ran all DCC with sometimes 6 or 7 trains going at once and at one time Jeff got so caught up in conversation he allowed his SP passenger train to rear end his own freight in front of him. How many dollar fine is that supposed to be?

Got it. Not enough sunlight on the 65 degree sunny day...

Those of you in snow country are used to more snow than we had. Portlanders freak out at the word snow, run and hide from it and leave their cars abandoned on the roads. Nice mess it makes. It might be all those transplanted Californians?

I'm 100% with whoever it was said they like to have four seasons, which we get here. There's nothing like seeing for yourself that eternal cycle of flowering, fruitfulness, bareness and renewal.

Rubbing it in is not really very nice you know....

Didn't you feel the 5.0 on Saturday evening around 7:50 PM. We certainly felt it here in Hemet but no trains came off the tracks even the ICE which was running at full speed.
Oh Ausiman 28c = 82f. Glad you like the dealer in Germany.

All depends on whether you were smiling or had a straight face. Remember, this Z stuff is very serious business. Can't have too much fun or we'll be in violation of "grown up etiquette 101.9".
Because we have fun and actually smile and laugh at our selves, we are suspect by many a watch dog group. They say......"if they're smiling and having fun, they must be up to no good"
Z, for those who think young.
