Rob Allbritton's Gotthard Lines on "Tracks Ahead" was created by SJ-BAZ-man
This past weekend, Rob Allbritton of Swiss Z Lines (and, American Z Lines, a.k.a. AZL) was on a segment of the PBS show "Tracks Ahead" that showed his Gotthard Lines layout. Now 'permanent' back on the East Coast, it was first shown at the 2005 NMRA National Train Show in Cincinati and in the December 2006 Model Railroader.
Unfortunately, no mention of AZL other than he "and another partner" are in the business of promoting Z scale Only the "Swiss Z Lines" logo on his shirt was the give away.
Good shots of the layout though.

Jeff,
Thanks for the notice. I have been wondering if this episode ever aired. I was privileged to see an early version of this episode. I am not sure how the final version came out, but many of the still photos in the piece were shot by me in 2005. Robert and myself spent a fact finding week on the Gotthard. I went ahead and ordered series 7 last night. Very economical in my opinion. Here is a link to the order page:

I am so looking forward to seeing the episode!
