Stony's LCL Cement Canisters

Description
The canisters has been 'dirtied' with spilled cement powder. And I gave the canisters a quick spray of Blair Matte. I would say less than 10% of the chalk was diluted. For the small detail decals I used Microscale Burlington Northern (BN) -- Stock# 60-25.
