By request- responding to previous chat session- For Froggy--
This is a MTH O scale ABA Santa Fe F-3 - vizable engine consist- (The other A unit is the same,same)- they both have two motors and all the fancy stuff. This was a "Special" Dealers only- limited edition release. The B unit is a dummy.

Thanks Karin, for thinking of me. I already have that set in MTH, Williams and Lionel. "Sweety" would contemplate great bodily harm if I got another train. :woohoo:

At least I can "hide" or blend in, my Z scale "akwasitions". :whistle:

This is Just For Fun---I found this solid cast Life Saving Station-- The shelter is Z! So are the rocks and surrounding sceniked area. :laugh:

But the boat is very small. I was going to incorporate this with one of my lighthouses but will, instead, scratch build. Almost did it for Schoolhouse/Tabor Cabin/Speeder Shed contests.

It seems rather odd to me that the steering wheel is out in front of the boiler.. not inside the cab.. unless there was a second wheel in the cab.

On powerboats there is direct linkage between more than one steering position ("helm"), usually one at the main deck level, and another way above on what is often called a "flying bridge". It's disconcerting to be looking at the empty position, yet seeing the wheel turn, and the throttle lever move, seemingly on their own. Maybe there *are* also controls in the cab.
